Sharing your Page
After you have published your page, the next step is to share it to ensure it reaches as many people as possible! We recommend sharing your page frequently and posting regular updates.
To share your page, click the Share button from the menu and choose one of the following options.
Choose Facebook from the Share menu to automatically share your page on your Facebook. You can choose whether to post the link on your timeline, in a group, or send the link as a private message. You can also write a short message to encourage people to visit your page.
If you prefer to post the link directly on Facebook, follow the steps in Web Address below.
Choose Twitter from the Share menu to automatically create a Tweet to share a link directly to your page.
If you prefer to post the link directly on your Twitter feed, follow the steps in Web Address below.
Send a link to your page to one person or an entire WhatsApp group by selecting WhatsApp from the Share menu. If you are viewing the page on a computer, you will need to have the WhatsApp app installed on your machine to do this.
Select Email from the Share menu to launch your email client - this is the default email client you have set on your operating system. You can use this to send an email to let others know about your page.
Web address
Choose Web Address from the Share menu to automatically copy your web address to your clipboard. You can paste this web address wherever you would like to share it, such as on another website or different social media platform.
Please note, if you wish to share your web address on Instagram, you should paste this link in your Bio, as Instagram does not allow you to share clickable links directly in posts.
Offline promotion
In addition, you can also promote your page offline. For example, you could:
- Put up a poster at work or in a local shop (you might need to ask for permission first)
- Tell your friends in person
- Pick up the phone and ask for support
- Ask others to help you promote your page
