Every donation you make through Visufund is sent directly to the organisation you are supporting, into a Stripe account that they own and manage. Donations are not held by Visufund at any time, and therefore you’ll need to contact the beneficiary directly if you want to request a refund. Every non-profit organisation will have its own policy on refunds, and they will be directly responsible for making a decision and administering any donation refunds.

UK Charities Only
All UK charities must comply with regulations set by the Charity Commission relating to the refunding or repurposing of donations. You can find out more about this in the Code of Fundraising Practice.
Product & Plan Refunds
We offer a range of optional products and membership plans. If you choose to purchase a product or plan, you may change your mind for any reason and receive a full refund of all monies paid within 14 days, starting from the date of purchase, subject to our Terms of Service.
