Seattle Dogs Homeless Program is a 501c3 nonprofit dedicated to helping animals thru our street outreach program & foster based dog rescue. We provide pet owners that are currently homeless pet food, supplies, access to our vets for emergency care {incl spay/neuter} & boarding for homeless dog owners seeking treatment or work. Our goal is to keep owners & pets together thus narrowing intakes rescues & shelters face but when this isn't an option we provide rescue. Our rescue takes in dogs owners willfully surrender in Seattle & Yakima. In addition to street outreach/rescue Mondays 4-6pm Seattle Dogs is at NW Harvest SODO Food Bank handing out pet food/supplies to owners whether homeless or housed.
This holiday the need is greater than ever, animals, adults, children are silently wishing upon that great star for a Christmas miracle & while we can't give them housing we can help keep them all warm, comfortable, with full bellies & perhaps this year a little gift? We hope you'll help us have the greatest Christmas ever by donating, funds will go towards our vet bill/fund, holiday wishes list & maybe if lucky they'll be enough left to purchase the truck we desperately need! We started with a bag of food & as days turned into years we've grown into what we are today, our mission to cover a animals needs from A-Z is what we knew was needed & because of you, yes you we have been able to fulfill a dream. We are seeking to raise funds for our vet bill/fund, program needs & to purchase a truck! Seattle Dogs isn't just a name, its in our hearts, it's made from our blood, sweat & tears.
