Hi,
I'm Linda, and I have been a Home-Start supporter for longer than I care to remember!

How can I describe myself?
I was born into a lovely musical creative household and brought up on Radio 2, acting, dancing and through this have developed a huge appetite for the arts - in particular music. In any one day I can be heard singing along to Ed Sherran, Queen or playing Bach or Corelli.

I have been lucky enough to continue this love of music as a career: playing, composing and teaching music throughout my working life. I also love the world of dance. In my younger days I danced and in my dreams I dance as Fred Astaire with Ginger Rogers. Yes I am white-haired and older but I am fit and keen to be included in this wonderful idea.
When I am not making music I love to be in the garden, the countryside or making things. These days our four grandchildren keep us amused and occupied and thankfully love music too.

How I will fare on the dance floor will be amusing I think.

I am feeling excited about being part of this fab idea raising funds and awareness for Home-Start.
Just got to get the right magic shoes to help me not make a fool of myself!
