HospiceCare provides emotional and practical care and support across North Northumberland to adults and their families, who are living with a life-limiting illness requiring palliative input, through our hospice at home, bereavement support, and dementia support services. All our care is delivered free at the point of need. To ensure we can continue to meet the growing demand for our care and support this year we need to raise over £850,000 receiving just a 5% contribution from the NHS, the rest we have to find from donations, fundraising, trusts, legacies and our shops.

Our specialist care and support is delivered in the home. We provide emotional and practical care and support to adults and their families, who are living with a life-limiting illness requiring palliative input, through our hospice at home, bereavement support, and dementia support services. Our care is delivered free at the point of need, day or night, planned or in a crisis situation, and can be accessed via your Healthcare professional.
Our high-quality end-of-life care and support, provided by our specially trained nursing team and healthcare assistants, enable people to focus on what really matters: living well until the end.
