Bfriends Charity is proud to launch its first-ever Virtual Christmas Tree Campaign – ‘Light up a Birmingham child’s Christmas’ – in support of Birmingham Children’s Trust.
This heartfelt initiative invites you to donate via visufund and light up our Virtual Christmas Tree, bringing festive joy to children and young people with lived care experience.
Every light represents hope and helps fund our annual Christmas Day meal and party, creating magical memories for care-experienced children, young adults, and their loved ones.
BUY A BULB
A suggested donation is £30 per bulb, but any amount is gratefully received.

For those who would like to be part sponsor the Star Topper there is an exclusive opportunity for one corporate sponsor to shine and have your logo visible. A donation of £3,500, will secure you the full star. Individual spikes of the star can be secured for a donation of £500 each. Bfriends is the official charity connected to Birmingham Children’s Trust.
Our mission is to ensure children in care and care-experienced young people have access to the same opportunities as their peers. Opportunities include sport or wellbeing programmes, employment pathways and support with life-changing milestones like moving into independent living.
At the heart of Bfriends is the voice of children and young people. Friendship is our guiding principle – we believe every child deserves at least one meaningful friendship in their life. We work in partnership with businesses, charities, and the wider community to make this vision a reality.
Together, we share a commitment to corporate parenting – being the best parents we can be for children in care and care leavers. This means ensuring they are safe, loved, healthy, and thriving.
Your support provides opportunities, experiences, and hope – things every child deserves.
