Bfriends Charity
Bfriends is the official charity connected to Birmingham Children’s Trust.
Our mission is to ensure children in care and care-experienced young people have access to the same opportunities as their peers. Opportunities include sport or wellbeing programmes, employment pathways and support with life-changing milestones like moving into independent living.
At the heart of Bfriends is the voice of children and young people. Friendship is our guiding principle – we believe every child deserves at least one meaningful friendship in their life. We work in partnership with businesses, charities, and the wider community to make this vision a reality.
Together, we share a commitment to corporate parenting – being the best parents we can be for children in care and care leavers. This means ensuring they are safe, loved, healthy, and thriving.
