Christmas was always a special time for Sandra. Not only because of her strong faith but also because it brought the whole family together, something that was very important to her, particularly during her battle with ovarian cancer.
For Sandra buying the tree heralded the arrival of our Christmas festivities. So, I am delighted to ‘plant’ a virtual tree in her memory.
I want to celebrate her life, and this has proven to be an ideal way to achieve this. I would be delighted if all her family and friends could put a light on the tree for her and help Target Ovarian Cancer in their quest to reduce the horrible statistic of 11 women dying each day from this cancer.
For Sandra, the diagnosis was too late, I pray the excellent work of Target Ovarian Cancer can help others recognize the symptoms much earlier.
