Jolly Jumper Day was such fun last year and although it may be a bit different this year – we would love to see your Jolly Jumpers this year on 11th December 2020.
Let’s see your best Christmas Jumpers! Hang them out to dry on our cheeky festive template with a festive message to share with your colleagues at work. You can join us for Jolly Jumper day in your workplace, community or even via “Zoom”! Your jumper can be any colour you like. Head-wear and face coverings are also welcome. Everyone can be involved, even your pets – what better way to start off the Christmas celebrations. We think the page is also a great way to visually make donations in lieu of cards this year.

Our specialist care and support is delivered in the home. We provide emotional and practical care and support to adults and their families, who are living with a life-limiting illness requiring palliative input, through our hospice at home, bereavement support, and dementia support services. Our care is delivered free at the point of need, day or night, planned or in a crisis situation, and can be accessed via your Healthcare professional.
Our high-quality end-of-life care and support, provided by our specially trained nursing team and healthcare assistants, enable people to focus on what really matters: living well until the end.
