This year I am taking part in the rainbow run alongside my mum for the amazing children I have looked after over the years, and continue to be my favourite humans in the world.
After visiting Little Harbour a lot recently for work, I realise how massively important these hospices are for families.
The children I have met with limited lives are wonderful humans, with beautiful personalities and often a fabulous sense of humour.
Please donate if you can, thank you.

We provide hospice care for babies, children and young people with life-limiting conditions and their whole family across the South West. The care we offer is wide ranging; hospice stays, emergency care, palliative care and end of life care. We operate 3 hospices; Little Bridge House in North Devon, Charlton Farm in North Somerset and Little Harbour in mid Cornwall.
We offer a home from home where babies, children and young people with life-limiting conditions and their families can take a short break away to re-charge their batteries in a homely, warm and welcoming environment. Providing a much-needed break from the ongoing strains of caring for their children at home, juggling professional and medical appointments as well as maintaining family life and employment. In the main, we provide the chance for families to get away from it all, but we also offer emergency and palliative care in a peaceful and comfortable setting.
