We provide hospice care for children with life-limiting conditions and their whole family across the South West.
A place where children with life-limiting conditions and their families can take a short break away from home to re-charge their batteries in a homely, warm and welcoming environment. The care we offer is wide ranging; respite and short breaks, emergency care, palliative care and end of life care. We operate three hospices; Little Bridge House in North Devon, Charlton Farm in North Somerset and Little Harbour in mid Cornwall.
