Welcome to our special page dedicated to a loss, whether this is a loved one’s death, missed anniversaries, lost time with relatives/friends that we have missed/been unable to visit, or a lost year. It's often the smallest thing that can bring back memories - a song, a smell a place, so we wanted to offer an opportunity for our communities to have a moment of reflection and dedicate a star for their own personal reasons. We would love to see our sky alight with twinkling stars, each one representing memories of the losses we have all felt not just today, but at any point in our lives.

Our specialist care and support is delivered in the home. We provide emotional and practical care and support to adults and their families, who are living with a life-limiting illness requiring palliative input, through our hospice at home, bereavement support, and dementia support services. Our care is delivered free at the point of need, day or night, planned or in a crisis situation, and can be accessed via your Healthcare professional.
Our high-quality end-of-life care and support, provided by our specially trained nursing team and healthcare assistants, enable people to focus on what really matters: living well until the end.
