Community VNA Hospice knows first-hand, especially in the face of the coronavirus pandemic, how important it is to lessen the burden for patients and their families facing life limiting illnesses. Dignity, comfort and respect are paramount. With that in mind, we have adapted our care to help families on their journey in a world that looks very different.
While the future remains uncertain, and our methods have changed, our commitment, compassion and care for our patients and their families has not wavered. Community VNA Hospice remains dedicated to providing individualized, patient-centered care for those facing end-of-life.
We are grateful for your support. As a not-for-profit, community-based home health care and hospice agency, we are committed to serving every patient who needs our care, regardless of ability to pay, status of insurance—and, regardless of where we are in continuing to face any continued challenges of the coronavirus pandemic.
Your generosity ensures we can live up to this commitment.

It is the mission of Community VNA to provides services and resources that enhance the community’s capacity to achieve optimal health, wellness and quality of life.
Community VNA was founded in 1911 as the Attleboro Anti-Tuberculosis Society in response to concerns of community leaders who expressed growing concerns regarding public health in the face of threatening communicable diseases.
Since that time we have remained dedicated to our long-standing tradition of offering free programs and services. Our Free Care Fund provides more than $600,000 in free and subsidized services, including caregiver respite support for families of individuals with Alzheimer's and related dementias; support for patients facing life limiting illnesses and bereavement and grief support for loved ones; and, education and training opportunities for healthcare and related industries professionals.
