Community VNA

It is the mission of Community VNA to provides services and resources that enhance the community’s capacity to achieve optimal health, wellness and quality of life.
Community VNA was founded in 1911 as the Attleboro Anti-Tuberculosis Society in response to concerns of community leaders who expressed growing concerns regarding public health in the face of threatening communicable diseases.
Since that time we have remained dedicated to our long-standing tradition of offering free programs and services. Our Free Care Fund provides more than $600,000 in free and subsidized services, including caregiver respite support for families of individuals with Alzheimer's and related dementias; support for patients facing life limiting illnesses and bereavement and grief support for loved ones; and, education and training opportunities for healthcare and related industries professionals.
