Founded in 2018 as a 501(c)(3) organization, the Henry Kapono Foundation (HKF) is rooted in Hawai‘i and driven by the vision of celebrated entertainer Henry Kapono and his wife, Lezlee Kaʻaihue. Guided by Henry’s lifelong passion for music and his love for the islands, HKF is dedicated to giving back to the community that has shaped his life.
Committed to sustaining Hawai‘i’s music industry, HKF provides education, employment, and professional opportunities for today’s and tomorrow’s music creators.
