Welcome to the Charis Christmas Tree of Hope.
This Christmas, we are asking for your support to raise vital funds necessary to keep our cancer support services running, so we can continue to help and support adults affected by cancer across Northern Ireland.
Charis Cancer Care is a place of hope. A place where you can come and let go- let go of your stresses, worries and fears and let us carry them for you. We work hard to create a home from home environment, a safe space for you to open up and relax, while working with our dedicated, caring team of professional counsellors, therapists and staff.
Any adult affected by cancer, either via diagnosis, a loved ones diagnosis or bereavement, can visit Charis Cancer Care and avail of our support services. We offer a selection of treatments and therapies to help clients manage both physical symptoms and emotional symptoms, from counselling and mindfulness to aromatherapy and reflexology. Every person who crosses our door, is treated as an individual with specifically tailored support to benefit and help them on their cancer journey.
We also offer the same services to loved ones of our clients, be it your spouse, sibling or parent, they can come along with you and benefit from the support on offer. All of our services are absolutely free of charge to our clients, and confidentiality is our top priority for every client, so they can receive the support they need in total confidence with our team.
On average, it costs approximately £380,000 to keep our centre and services running and we expect this to rise over the next year, as well as the number of people in need of our support as a result of Covid-19 and it's effect on other cancer services. No donation is too small, and every single penny raised will go directly into the running of our cancer support services.
You can help, by celebrating Christmas with us as a time of hope and helping us decorate our virtual Tree of Hope for a donation of any size. Choose a light to add on our tree, as a message of celebration, in memory of a loved one or to help shine a beacon of hope for those in need at this time of year.

Charis Cancer Care is a unique cancer care centre, providing a range of holistic and complementary therapies and counselling to individuals affected by cancer- at any stage of their journey. We provide support and services also to families and loved ones of those living with cancer, or any adult bereaved by cancer.
Our role is to listen and help, providing support from experienced professionals and therapists in a warm and nurturing environment. Our focus is on the whole person, their physical, psychological, and emotional needs. All our services are completely free of charge to clients.
