Christmas is a special time; a chance to make new memories as well as take time to remember those who are loved and missed. No matter if you’d like to make a dedication to someone who has used our services, or if they have no direct connection to Acorns, Celebrate Your Star is the perfect opportunity to remember a loved one this Christmas.
When you donate to Celebrate Your Star, two stars will be created in your loved one’s name. One will be hung on the Christmas tree at your nearest Acorns Children’s Hospice, and the other will be sent to you to hang in pride of place at home. Your loved one’s name will also be included in our Book of Remembrance which is displayed at our Celebrate Your Star events. Your gift will support children and families who are using Acorns this Christmas, helping us to be stronger, together.

Acorns provides care for babies, children and young people, who have life limiting or life threatening conditions. We offer a network of specialist palliative nursing care and support for local families.
Caring for a child with complex medical needs can place unimaginable demands on a family, both physically and emotionally. When time is short every moment is precious which is why, as well as providing specialist care, we help families to make lasting memories.
