11th Royston (Barrington) Scout Group offers scouting opportunities for boys and girls aged 6 to 11 years, living in all local villages, and multiple different primary schools.
The Beavers section is for children aged 6-8, and currently is 24 members strong, and Cubs is for ages 8-11 - both with a sizeable waiting list for admission. We enjoy a wide variety of age-appropriate activities, including camping, cooking, environmental studies and help in the community, just to name a few. Making everything fun, and often making a game out of whatever we are doing, but most importantly, our members learn skills for life.
The group has expanded dramatically in the past 6 months, and we therefore are in need of extra equipment to cater for all the extra children, mostly sporting and camping equipment, but some soft archery sets are very high up on our wish list.
Please help us to achieve this for our members!
