Hi, welcome to the fundraising page for the Buntingford Foodbank Aquathon team!
Buntingford Foodbank was set up 8 years ago after a need was identified in the local area.
We serve Buntingford and surrounding villages, including Standon, Puckeridge, Braughing, Cottered, Westmill etc., really anywhere from Royston to Ware.
The Foodbank relies on donations from the public which are sorted and delivered to families and individuals in the area.
People come to us from professional referrals and through self referral. The need for our service has increased greatly over the past few years, and we are receiving new families on a weekly basis.

Being a parent has never been easy. It can be lonely, frustrating, heartbreaking and overwhelming, and life-changing events can happen to anyone.
We have supported local families since 1983 – working alongside parents through all kinds of tough times, such as:

> Multiple births
> Recovering from an abusive relationship,
> and so much more.
Our support is completely free, non-judgemental, compassionate and tailored to the needs of the family.
We help parents be the best they can be - to give their children a brighter future.
