Hi, welcome to the fundraising page for the Barrington Scout Group Aquathon team!
11th Royston (Barrington) Scout Group offers scouting opportunities for boys and girls aged 6 to 11 years, living in all local villages and multiple different primary schools.
The Beavers section is for children aged 6-8 and currently is 24 members strong, and Cubs is for ages 8-11 - both with a sizeable waiting list for admission. We enjoy a wide variety of age-appropriate activities, including camping, cooking, environmental studies and help in the community, just to name a few. Making everything fun and often making a game out of whatever we are doing, but most importantly, our members learn skills for life.
The group has expanded dramatically in the past couple of years, and we, therefore, are in need of extra equipment to cater for all the extra children; our next project is a group projector and tablet.
Please help us to achieve this for our members!

Being a parent has never been easy. It can be lonely, frustrating, heartbreaking and overwhelming, and life-changing events can happen to anyone.
We have supported local families since 1983 – working alongside parents through all kinds of tough times, such as:

> Multiple births
> Recovering from an abusive relationship,
> and so much more.
Our support is completely free, non-judgemental, compassionate and tailored to the needs of the family.
We help parents be the best they can be - to give their children a brighter future.
