On Saturday 17th June, I've joined Children's Hospice South West to do my 1st ever 5K Rainbow Run at RAF St Mawgan
The funds I raise will help to support local families now and in the future.
Each hospice is a loving and caring place, where every member of every family who stays can forget their worries for a while, be a family again and find expert help and support with facing uncertain future

We provide hospice care for babies, children and young people with life-limiting conditions and their whole family across the South West. The care we offer is wide ranging; hospice stays, emergency care, palliative care and end of life care. We operate 3 hospices; Little Bridge House in North Devon, Charlton Farm in North Somerset and Little Harbour in mid Cornwall.
We offer a home from home where babies, children and young people with life-limiting conditions and their families can take a short break away to re-charge their batteries in a homely, warm and welcoming environment. Providing a much-needed break from the ongoing strains of caring for their children at home, juggling professional and medical appointments as well as maintaining family life and employment. In the main, we provide the chance for families to get away from it all, but we also offer emergency and palliative care in a peaceful and comfortable setting.
