Woodlands Hospice Virtual Christmas Tree - Woodlands Hospice Charitable Trust

This year we are delighted to launch our ‘virtual’ Christmas tree as part of our Light up a Life appeal. This will not replace the traditional way of dedicating a light on our hospice Christmas trees but will complement it. Our virtual Christmas tree will appeal to those who prefer to use digital methods by way of supporting the hospice.

You can dedicate a light on the hospice virtual Christmas tree and leave a personalised message at the time of the making the donation. Once the light has been dedicated the message can be viewed when hovering over the light on the tree allowing you to share the reasons why you have donated with others.

When dedicating a light on our virtual tree you can choose the amount of the donation you wish to make to dedicate your light. There will also be an opportunity to dedicate the Big Star at the top of the online tree/s for a higher donation option.

When you dedicate a light on our virtual tree you will receive an automatic acknowledgement of your dedication. The name will NOT appear in our Light up a Life book as it will already appear with your personalised message on our virtual tree which is available for you to view as and when you wish to.

If you cannot attend our Light up a Life service or live outside the area our virtual tree will make our Light up a Life appeal more inclusive to so many more people.

Sunday 2nd December 2018, 4.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m at Woodlands Hospice, AUH Campus, Longmoor Lane, Liverpool L9 7LA

Monday 3rd December 2018, 7.00 p.m. to 8.00 p.m at St Andrew’s Church 22 Damfield Lane, Maghull, Liverpool L31 6DD

Please note, as there is limited seating available at St Andrew’s Church, it is a ticketed event so please email Carole Riley at carole.riley@aintree.nhs.uk to confirm if you would like to attend this event and we will send you your free ticket by post.
