What’s on your mind?
This February, we’re asking you to join in with our ‘what’s on your mind’ campaign to raise awareness of mental health and the importance of looking after our mind.
We know how important it is to look after our wellbeing and mental health, which is why we are asking you to share what’s on your mind this February to create a safe space for people to leave their thoughts, feelings, and awareness around mental health with a heart.
You may want to choose a heart in memory of a loved one. You may want to make a donation because a friend is currently experiencing low mental health. You may even want to dedicate a heart to a stranger who has helped you or leave a heart for yourself.
It's easy to donate. Simply hover over the page, choose a heart of your choice, donate and comment what’s on your mind if you feel comfortable. All the money raised will support us to continue to grow and deliver our services to those within our community who need it most in 2024 and beyond.
Help us by sharing a heart this February and help support everyone who is experiencing low mental health across South Warwickshire and Worcestershire.
Thank you.

South Warwickshire and Worcestershire Mind is a dedicated local mental health charity which offers signposting, information, and support to those experiencing poor mental health in South Warwickshire and Worcestershire.
Our vision is a society where people with mental health distress can live free of stigma, discrimination and achieve their own personal mental wellbeing. We deliver person-centred support to individuals experiencing low-level mental health issues right through to those in crisis; to help them gain a greater understanding of their illness, triggers and coping strategies, and encourage peer support networks ultimately working towards building resilience and recovery. Some of our services include on-one-one support, support groups, and Mental Health First Aid training for employers and employees, as well as more community-based provision.
