The Welcome Centre Shelter supports women+ and families in Windsor-Essex facing housing instability and homelessness. We provide emergency shelter, transitional housing, and essential programs designed to meet immediate needs while building long-term stability.
Beyond shelter, we focus on dignity, safety, and empowerment—offering wraparound supports such as housing assistance, harm reduction services, family programming, and access to basic needs.
Rooted in compassion and community, we work to ensure that every woman and child has a safe place to call home and the support to rebuild their future.
