Valentine's Fundraiser - Lurcher Link Rescue

Valentine's Fundraiser

Instead of eating chocolates for Valentine's Day, why not make a donation to Lurcher Link and save your waistline?

Every virtual "chocolate" can be donated in memory of your hounds and all proceeds will go to the LL kennel hounds.

Our food and heating bills are getting more expensive and the amount of dog needing to come into rescue doesn't seem to be getting any less. ALL donations are much appreciated.

We are a Death Row rescue- a specialist rescue which save dogs from put to sleep situations, where they are deemed too old, their injures are “too expensive to treat” or have special needs, like on-going illness or behavioural problems.

We take in dogs from Stray Pounds that have no traceable contact because they are not micro-chipped or the details are not up to date. These dogs would be PTS if no-one came forward for them.

We take in dogs from relationship breakdowns or where working hours have changed so the dog would be left alone for an excessively long time and from people who have moved to a new home that will not allow dogs.

In short we take the dogs everyone else has given up on.

With the love and dedication of foster carers, vets and behavioural specialists we give the dogs condemned for PTS a second chance at a happy, pain and fear free life.
