Join the Christmas Jumper Day fun on Thursday 11th December and help StreetVet care for pets and owners experiencing homelessness.
Over 300,000 people in the UK will be homeless this Christmas, and as many as 75,000 of them will have a pet at their side. For many people, this pet is their only source of warmth, stability and companionship.
You can either take part:
1) As an INDIVIDUAL by making a personal donation when you claim your StreetVet Jumper or StreetVet Socks
2) Or as an ORGANISATION by planning a Christmas Jumper Day for your school, workplace, club or local community. Collect donations on the day from Christmas Jumper Day participants and pay these in as a donation when you claim your StreetVet Jumper or StreetVet Socks. If taking part as an organisation, please make sure to include your organisation's name and a picture or logo which will be displayed publicly.
All donations will help StreetVet provide FREE essential and emergency veterinary care to pets of owners experiencing homelessness across the UK.
If you would like help planning a Christmas Jumper Day for your school, work or community, please get in touch with Ellie at fundraising@streetvet.org.uk.
Happy Christmas. Thank you for making a difference by helping StreetVet bring hope and companionship to pets and owners experiencing homelessness.

StreetVet is an award-winning national charity offering free and accessible veterinary to pets belonging to owners experiencing homelessness.
It all started in 2016 with two vets and a backpack full of veterinary supplies, swapping the practice for the pavement to support people experiencing homelessness care for their loyal companions.
StreetVet has now grown to be a national charity with a team of 364 volunteer vets and vet nurses outreaching in 24 locations across the UK. We have now supported over 3000 pets – dogs, cats, hamsters, rabbits, birds and even a tortoise.
A few years ago, we founded the StreetVet Accredited Hostel & Day Centre Scheme on the belief that nobody experiencing homelessness should have to face the horrible decision of giving up their pet in order to access safe accommodation and support. Through the scheme, we support people and pets to transition off the streets and into safe spaces together.
