St Kentigern Hospice is a North Wales charity providing palliative & end of life care for over 25 years to Denbighshire, Conwy and Flintshire communities.
Christmas Time is a time of celebration and sharing, but it can also be a difficult time of year when you are parted from your loved one. The Light up a Life appeal gives people who have lost loved ones the opportunity to come together to remember them.
You can choose a decoration, add a photo and make a donation to support our hospice this Christmas.
