Light Up a Life 2021

£25.83 will pay for an online exercise session for patients at home with a life limiting condition.
£51.29 will pay for two hours of physiotherapy to help a patient manage their mobility.
£75.91 will pay for three bereavement counselling sessions, supporting someone who’s recently lost their own loved one.
£601.58 – a wonderful gift of this amount would help fund 24 hours of care for one of our patients
