Liverpool Women’s Hospital prides itself on its team working. At this difficult time we wanted to highlight this togetherness and help our dedicated LWH clinical and support staff. They are working at full capacity keeping new mums, mums to be, new born babies, cancer patients and emergency gynae patients and all our patients safe and delivering the best care as ever.

It’s hard to watch the unfolding pandemic and stand by while our colleagues put themselves at risk every day.

LWH Charity is asking for all staff members to share the love! We want to encourage our wonderful staff team to get involved by donating a heart to go towards supporting the physical and emotional wellbeing of our staff. When you make your donation, please take some time to send a virtual hug, a message of kindness and support for our colleagues, tirelessly dealing COVID-19. The words of support will come as a much needed boost for those putting their own health at risk to help others. All messages and pictures will be visible on this staff only fundraising page. This is an extremely hard time for our clinical staff so let’s show them our support!

We are rightly proud of our Hospital but our hospital is our people, our committed workforce, those staff members who are working on or with the frontline to keep our patients and our hospital safe.
