This year we have two chosen Charites, Derian House in Chorley West Lancashire, and Community Lives Matter her in Ormskirk.
Derian House help children and young people, whose lives are too short, to make happy memories, and support the whole family.
Community Lives Matter, here in Ormskirk, offer help and support to meet the real needs of people in our community, with dementia and loneliness.
