North Gwent Cardiac Rehab Xmas Fundraiser 2024 - North Gwent Cardiac Rehabilitation and After Care Charity

Founded in 1990, the North Gwent Cardiac Rehabilitation and Aftercare Charity uses exercise and support to improve the health and wellbeing of people living with heart and circulatory conditions.

In our community these diseases kill 1 in 4 people. Treatment has improved massively over the past 30 years, but health outcomes for patients in Wales are worse than in England.

The good news is that regular physical exercise is one of the most effective things people can do to improve their heart health.

People in our community benefit enormously from attending one of our expert led weekly exercise classes. All held at convenient locations across North Monmouthshire and Blaenau Gwent.

Our aim is to raise £10,000 each year. Every penny of your donation will go towards providing this vital service.
