This Christmas, a small gift can create something big - a chance for families to slow down, reconnect and enjoy a moment that feels like theirs. Town Break Dementia Support supports carers and people living with a dementia to live well with dementia.
When you give a little, you’re helping make that possible - whether that’s a few hours of support, a peaceful shared activity, or simply space to breathe during a busy season. And when families get that time, they get something priceless: a moment of closeness, comfort, and joy.
Give a little. Share a moment this Christmas.
Thank you for being part of it.

At Town Break Dementia Support, we're more than a service - we're a community. Since 1992, we’ve supported people across Forth Valley living with dementia and the unpaid carers who walk alongside them. Through compassionate, person-centred care, we help individuals live well with dementia - with dignity, independence, and connection.
We believe in the power of relationships, understanding, and belonging. Whether it’s through our dementia day clubs, one-to-one befriending, or creative group activities, we offer safe, welcoming spaces where everyone feels seen, supported, and valued. Our mission is simple: To inspire and enable people to live well with dementia — breaking down barriers, reducing isolation, and building a more dementia-friendly Forth Valley. With the right support, every person affected by dementia can face the journey with confidence and hope.
