With the festive period in full swing, Mid and North East Essex Mind really need your help to provide a shining light for everyone we are supporting throughout this time of year.

For lots of people, the festive period is an enjoyable time spent with friends and family but for some, including those who are experiencing mental health problems, it can often be a very difficult and challenging time too. This is why we have launched our 'Shining Light for mental health' campaign - you can donate a special shining star in our sky and help make a difference to people in your local area who are going through a difficult time with their mental health.

Why not add a star to our sky in lieu of sending Christmas cards or perhaps in memory of a loved one.
