Losing a loved one is always really difficult. We understand how important it is for you to be able to remember your lost loved one, whether they were cared for by St Luke’s or not, and we realise more than ever that when someone special has died, it is powerful and precious memories that bring comfort and help us continue to feel connected to them.
In order for St Luke’s to continue providing support to families in the community now and in the future, you’re invited to make a donation as part of the Memories in Bloom campaign and dedicate a sunflower to your lost loved ones. Radiating cheer and symbolising longevity, sunflowers have been chosen again this year as they capture the nature of the memories treasured of special people no longer with us – heart-warming, comforting and enduring.
Using this platform you can dedicate a sunflower and add a donation, helping you remember that special person who you have such fond memories of - a moving tribute which can be made publicly to others or kept private for yourself.
