Matts fundraiser for Headway - Headway - The Brain Injury Association

Matts fundraiser for Headway

No one chooses brain injury. For many the social and behavioural problems that follow leave them alone with no support or understanding. This is why headway is such a vital lifeline. I chose Robins for my granddaughter Robyn. I hope one day to be well enough to be part of her life. In the meantime please help Headway support people with brain injury, their families and carers. It could happen to anyone.

A brain injury can affect anyone at any time. When it does, we’re here to help.

Headway is the UK-wide charity that supports people affected by brain injury.

Every 90 seconds, someone in the UK is admitted to hospital with an acquired brain injury. This could be the result of a trauma, stroke, infection or tumour.

Most of these people will need help and support in rebuilding their lives.

From supporting families at the hospital bedside, through to helping people relearn the basic life skills they once took for granted, Headway is on hand to help people rebuild their lives.
