Light Up A Life 2026 - St Kentigern Hospice

Light up a Life is a special time of year when we come together to remember and celebrate the lives of those we love and miss, the people who remain forever in our hearts.

We know that not everyone is able to attend a service in person, so this year we’re inviting you to take part in our online Light up a Life campaign through Visufund.

Here, you can dedicate a virtual light in memory of someone special and share a personal message or treasured memory. As more dedications are made, our online tree will gently fill with light, love and heartfelt tributes from across our community.

Each light is a symbol of remembrance, connection and enduring love — shining brightly for someone special, wherever you are.

Your dedication will also help support the compassionate care our hospice provides to patients and families across North Wales, bringing comfort, dignity and support when it is needed most, especially at Christmas time.
