For 30 years, XLP has helped thousands of young people to live more fulfilled lives each year by seeing what society doesn’t - who they really are and everything they can be.
Many of the young people we work with face tough realities like family breakdown, barriers to meaningful employment, and a risk of exclusion from education, as well as growing up in places where violence and fear can feel normal. These pressures can limit confidence and make hope feel out of reach.
That’s why at XLP we walk alongside young people to help them discover their positive futures. We help them stay in education, find routes into employment and training, and build the kind of long-term relationships that rebuild trust. We remind them that change is possible. We encourage them to see their worth, set their own goals, and take the lead in shaping a future that belongs to them.
