Light up a Life is a special time of year when we come together to celebrate and remember the lives of those we hold dear, loved ones who remain forever in our hearts.
We understand that not everyone is able to attend a service in person, so this year we’re inviting you to be part of our online Light up a Life campaign through Visufund. Here, you can dedicate a virtual light in memory of someone special and watch our online tree fill with love, warmth and beautiful tributes from across the community.
Each light shines brightly as a symbol of remembrance, love, and connection no matter where you are. Your dedication will also help support the compassionate care our hospice provides to patients and families across North Wales, especially at Christmas time.
