Light Up A Life 2024 - Trinity Hospice & Palliative Care Services

We’re delighted to invite you to remember a loved one at Light up a Life this year.

A vibrant, uplifting celebration of the memories of those most precious to us – Light up a Life is a poignant way to start the festive season at Trinity Hospice.

Throughout the festive season – including on Christmas day – we will continue to care for local people and their families as we do throughout the rest of the year. You can make a donation of any value along with your Light up a Life dedication to enable our specialist teams to provide vital care throughout the winter, to those that need it.

Once we've received your dedication, our fundraising team will be delighted to send you a Light up a Life pack with a pin badge and dedication card.

There will also be a special service taking place at 4pm on Sunday 8th December in the Hospice gardens where we will illuminate hundreds of lights, each one shining in memory of someone special. We would love you to join us but if you prefer, you can enjoy our event in the comfort of your own home with our online service.
