For 70 years, HCPT has brought children and adults with additional needs together in friendship, faith and joy. Our pilgrimage may last for one week, but the friendships, activities and support continue throughout the year.

HCPT transforms lives through life-changing experiences built on community, inclusion and belonging. Our focus is on children and adults with disabilities, life-limiting illnesses and complex needs. We provide community and organise week-long pilgrimages to Lourdes, with medical and pastoral care provided by trained volunteers and year-round UK-based support and respite activity.
Our work improves quality of life, reduces isolation, and builds spiritual and social wellbeing. All activities are inclusive and tailored, with a focus on accessibility, joy and dignity. Our services are provided to beneficiaries regardless of financial ability; we actively raise funds to ensure no child/adult in need of HCPT's support, is excluded due to cost. The long-term benefits for our guests and volunteers alike are transformative, we believe in every day miracles like making someone smile and being connection.
