Shine Bright with Lamp this Christmas - Leicestershire Action for Mental Health Project (Lamp)

Lamp wants to empower people to shine bright this Christmas and we are asking you to donate a shining star and leave a message on our virtual Christmas tree to spread some positivity, during what can be a very stressful and worrying time of year.

You can shine bright today by recognising your achievements, being thankful for what you have, reaching out to someone that may be going a through time or simply sending a positive message for someone else to read. Perhaps you need to make that call to get help for yourself, family member, friend or colleague and making that first step will spark the light for you to shine bright.

Lamp provides free community mental health advocacy and carers support to people of Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland.

Having a mental health condition can be a dark and lonely place and often people do not know where to turn. Lamp provides a shining light to guide people through the complexities of the mental health system. We are there to offer a helping hand to those experiencing a mental health problem making sure that their voice is heard, their rights are upheld and empower them to restore their lives

The funds for each star that is donated will enable us to continue to provide our service to those that need it most.
