We are the official charity of Sussex Community NHS Foundation Trust (SCFT).
The Trust is the largest provider of community NHS health care across Sussex, with expert teams providing essential medical, nursing and therapeutic care to adults, children and families - serving a population of 1.3 million people and caring for 9,000 people every single day.
Together with the kind support of the community, we raise funds to provide the Trust with grants to cover the costs of projects which go above and beyond what the NHS core funding provides for.
