In loving memory of Mimie Moir for her much-loved granddaughter, Megan.
On the 25th December we received the sad news that our Gran had tested positive for Covid and sadly passed away, peacefully on the 28th December. We were very fortunate Mum was allowed in to be by her side. Due to Covid restrictions we won’t be able to hold the funeral that we would have wanted to and know Mimie holds a special place in a lot of our friends’ hearts who would have liked to attend. We have had a lot of messages regarding sending flowers and have kindly already been sent beautiful bouquets. Instead of flowers we would like to ask for donations to be made to the Scottish Cot Death Trust, a charity very close to us, in Grans name, Mimie Moir.

The Scottish Cot Death Trust was founded in 1985 and is the only charity in Scotland dedicated to the issue of sudden unexpected death of babies and young children.
We make a difference by trying to find answers through funding research, providing support for bereaved families and educating the public and professionals about sudden unexpected death in infants (SUDI) and how to reduce the risks.
