In loving memory - Ridge Meadows Hospice Society

Mom was and continues in memory to be a genuine humanitarian. She always said "I can't save the world, but I can at least give someone a warm meal".
Mom (Gail) was and continues to be a driving force for so many of us to continue to give back to our community; she also empowered us to be genuine to ourselves and consider how we can contribute back to our community, as well as focus on our own wellness ( Mom always said, "You got to help yourself before we can help others").
The hospice was our families saving grace in a time of deep sorrow and grief. Mom spoke highly of the warmness, care and love that hospice provided not only to her, but to her immediate family (so like mom, to keep thinking about others during this time).
Hospice provided a home environment to our family and a sense of normalcy when our world was completely upside down.
I cannot thank the hospice enough for their genuine love and care. Each and every individual our family met along the way in our journey gave warmth , lived in the moment, shared laughs - joy- good days and not good days, and did so while being so humble , calm, and for ONCE we all felt like the obvious wasn't our every seconds existence. It takes gifted and special humans to volunteer or chose a profession in hospice. I am forever grateful for the warm and calming , fulfilling connections I made with your organization ♡♡
