This CASK Awareness Day, help raise awareness by taking part in our “I love someone 1 in a million” fundraiser and share your love for someone special who’s been affected by a CASK-related disorder.
Dedicate a dragonfly in memory or honour of a loved one.
The dragonfly is universally known as a symbol of love and hope for the future. It is also the official mascot of the CASK Coalition representing the power, fragility and beauty of our children. It also pays homage to the dragonfly-shaped cerebellum that so many of our warriors possess.
I love someone 1 in a million!

CASK Research UK raises awareness, supports families and funds vital research to improve the lives of people with CASK-related disorders. CASK-related disorders encompass ultra-rare neurological diseases caused by a mutation in the CASK gene. Our vision is a world where CASK disorders are better understood, there are drugs available to target the mechanisms of the disease, provide relief, allow greater cognitive development and, ultimately, cure the disease.
