Please donate to support The Lily Foundation this Christmas and help give hope to families like Joshua's.
Joshua was diagnosed with mitochondrial disease just over two years ago. Joshua has Global Development Delay, muscle weakness and tremors and more difficulty his whole life than most of us, undergoing numerous tests.
Despite all this, he never lets anything upset him. He is a lovely unique happy sociable boy that loves life. He loves music and been outdoors. He especially loves Legoland!.
Joshua tries his hardest to keep up with his peers and always wants to feel accepted and included.
When we first received this diagnosis it turned all our worlds upside down. With anxiety and fear of the unknown, we searched on the internet. We then heard of The Lily Foundation and discovered the support and advice they offer. The allow us to speak to other families with poorly children who understand what we are going though and we all find a way to get through this together and support one another .
We want to stay positive and strong and have hope for Joshua having a full long life ahead of him. We wish the same for many other children with this disease.
That’s why we want to raise awareness in our community and fundraising for a cure and treatment. The more people that know the more we can hope and the more difference we can make.
Please donate what you can this Christmas. Thank you.
Hope Begins with Joshua’s Snowmen!
