Each light will shine brightly throughout the festive season in tribute to those we continue to love and whose memories illuminate our lives. You can add a photo and personal message, and share the link to your dedication with friends and family so that they too can share in remembering your special person.
By making a special donation, you can support us in providing expert care to families in our community over Christmas when they need us.
To thank you for your dedication, you will receive a special, personalised card, handwritten by our volunteers, in remembrance of your special someone for you to place on your tree at home or at one of our services in December. For those donations of £30 and above, you'll receive your peronalised card as well as a special Light Up a Life wooden decoration for you to cherish at home.
