From Thursday 9th to Wednesday 15th October, we come together for Baby Loss Awareness Week 2025 — a deeply meaningful time to honour our babies, to gently speak their names, and to stand in support of one another.

For many, this week is a time to pause. To reflect. To feel the love we hold for our precious babies who are no longer here, and to acknowledge the pain and strength carried by so many.

The week will end with the global Wave of Light on Wednesday 15th October at 7pm. We warmly invite you to light a candle with us — wherever you are — and join a sea of flickering lights across the world, each one shining with love and remembrance. It’s a quiet, powerful moment that reminds us we are never truly alone.

At Held In Our Hearts, we provide compassionate, specialist baby loss counselling and support for families facing the unimaginable. Many of us have walked this path ourselves — and we stand alongside you in Empathy, Connection and Love.

As part of this special week, we invite you to light a candle on our Tree of Light here and share your baby’s name with us to create a beautiful visual tribute to the babies who live forever in our hearts.
