The Heart-to-Heart Campaign is dedicated to funding new heart monitors for Erie Shores HealthCare. Purchase a heart as a gift or in memory of loved one and add a personalized message to your heart.
Each heart will be displayed on this virtual heart wall and in-person on the heart wall in-person inside the Leamington Family Health Team building.
Hearts are by donation, with no minimum.

At Erie Shores Health Foundation, we believe in the power of generosity to save and change lives. We raise funds for both Erie Shores HealthCare and The Hospice, Erie Shores Campus to ensure patients have access to top-quality, compassionate care close to home. For Erie Shores HealthCare, we raise money to provide funding for the purchases that are not covered by the Ministry of Health. This means acquiring capital and high-priority medical equipment vital for patient care. For the Hospice, Erie Shores Campus, funding goes towards ensuring that there is constant, compassionate care available, and that all programs and services are provided free of cost to patients and their families.
