For generations, 1st Forres Scouts has helped young people in Forres develop confidence, resilience and skills for life. Every week, our volunteers provide fun, adventure and opportunities that inspire young people to try new things, work as a team and reach their full potential.
Today, more young people than ever want to be part of Scouting. Our existing Scout Hall has served us well for many years, but it is no longer large enough to meet the growing needs of our Group or the wider community.
That's why we're raising funds to build a much needed extension to our Scout Hall.
The extension will create more space for activities, improve accessibility, provide better facilities for our members and volunteers, and ensure we can continue welcoming young people for generations to come. It will also create a more flexible community space that can be used by local organisations and groups.

1st Forres Scouts is a volunteer led charity providing fun, adventure and skills for life to young people aged 4 to 18 across Forres and the surrounding area. Through Squirrels, Beavers, Cubs, Scouts and Explorers, we help young people build confidence, develop practical and leadership skills, make lifelong friendships and play an active role in their community.
Everything we do is made possible by dedicated volunteers and the generosity of our supporters. Donations help us maintain our facilities, provide equipment, keep activities affordable, train volunteers and ensure every young person has the opportunity to experience Scouting, regardless of their financial circumstances.
